With this guarantee the Company undertakes to hold harmless the insured for the sums he has to pay, as liable according to Law, for damages caused involuntarily to third parties as a consequence of air, water and land pollution, caused by the activity described in the policy.

It is possible to extend the coverage to the costs of decontamination and environmental restoration of the damaged environment. This coverage allows to benefit from the Technical Advice of an expert in all phases of the claim.
