With this policy the Company undertakes to hold harmless the insured (Manufacturer and similar roles) for the sums he has to pay as liable, in accordance with Law, for damages caused involuntarily to third parties due to defective products described in the policy and manufactured or sold or distributed by the same Insured, or considered not sufficiently safe.

It is possible to extend the coverage to the costs of withdrawing from the market the products indicated in the policy (Crisis Recall Policy).
